Yoga for childrenChildhood is a turbulent time with much energy and creativity that comes naturally. Eyes and mind are open and it is fun to learn new things. During this time it is easy for children to experience and enjoy their body. We should use this to explain the concept of body and soul to them; Yoga shows a way towards our inner self. Through practising Yoga children can build up a healthy and strong body, balance their mind and find inner peace. I offer Yoga in private lessons for your child from the age of 3. In small groups with up to five children, or in a private lesson together with you.
